| IN-HOUSE XCHG SEASON UPGRADE |

We are pleased to announce an amendment to the new In-House exchange program. We will allow off season owners (weeks 44 -52 & weeks 1-12) to exchange into the red time (week 13-21 and week 37-43 for a seasonal upgrade fee of $175.00. The exhange request period is 30days (4 weeks) prior to the requested exchange period. |

| New In-House Exchange Program |

We are going to test an expanded in-house exchange program for all owners during 2011. With the slow economy & RCI exchange fees rising we want to help by giving our owners the chance to vacation at North Pier when they want and with no exchange fee.
